It drives us to act, and Anthony Phills has told the Hilton Worldwide HHonors story through their Android application, with over 1 million downloads during his time as lead UI/UX Designer. Disney has featured Phills’ designs in the 2014 movie The Million Dollar Arm.
His work has been commissioned by Universal Music Group, AT&T application delivery service, FOX News, Jay-Z 40/40 club, Adobe InDesign Beta Team, Microsoft MSN Messenger, Real Network player and server, and Siemens. Phills was a finalist in 2013 for the Digital Magazine Awards for CariComm Magazine on the iPad and Android tablets. He was the technology writer for The Beverly Hills Times Magazine, published online in 2013 by National Geographic, for “BEautiful”.
With over twenty-five years of design experience, Anthony headed up the creative vision for companies from Los Angeles to Germany.
An inventor, with one patent and two Codie awards for Digital Rights Management software, Anthony has also founded companies Blinglet Inc., Calypso Studio and his next one Autism Interactive coming in 2017. He has also created design and technology solutions for corporations such as Fox News, Universal Music Group, ESPN, MLB, Citi Bank, Bell Canada, Videotron and Henry Birks and Sons.
Anthony was born in Trinidad and Tobago and lived on the island with his family before relocating to Montreal, Canada where he grew up. Then spent time in Europe and currently, Anthony resides in Los Angeles, California.
