Gwendolyn Bouchie

Passionate about wellness, Gwendolyn Bouchie has managed the communications of health and welfare programs at both the state and national level to better support grassroots community initiatives. Recognizing that access to affordable healthcare is the key to a healthy community, she helped market the first non-profit health plan in the South, created through a provision in the Affordable Care Act. Currently, as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Darkness to Light, Gwen has helped the organization elevate child sexual abuse as a national public health issue in the age of #MeToo.

In her free time, Gwen is a group fitness instructor, loves to sing songs by Heart on Rock Band, and hang out with her spouse and son.
