Meet Andy Kovan

Andy Kovan is The Brandon Agency’s guru on consumer behavior and brand strategy.  He is responsible for strategic communications planning and development within the agency, and for orchestrating the process that determines the client’s positioning and identity.

Andy is a master at developing brand ideas that are both ownable and authentic. He believes that client success is dependent on breaking through ‘the noise’ with powerful ideas that can distinguish their business and make compelling arguments to their audiences. To Andy, a brand is a living, breathing entity. An entity that can benefit from close scrutiny and review to determine its potential before it’s taken apart and reassembled – transformed. As such, Andy keeps his finger on the pulse of a project from beginning to end, working closely with both the account and creative teams.

To date, Andy has successfully developed and launched such brands as HTC, FLAT Technologies, Glory Foods, Linet/Save Our Nurses, Fish Hippie, Heybo and Toto bath products.

Away from work, Andy enjoys spending quality time with his family and relishes wetting a hook around Murrells Inlet.
