Speaker Spotlight - Amy Lucia

For 17 years, Amy Lucia has built and developed leading, high performing brands. During her 11-year tenure at Microsoft, Amy established best practices that evolved into global functions, grew businesses from poor performing to record-breaking, excelled in the top 5% of managers in the company and won more than 20 awards—including two-time achievement of the highest award category available to employees worldwide. Amy was also a participant in Microsoft’s exclusive high-potential leadership program, reserved for the top 4% of leaders at the company.

As Vice President of Global Communications for International Justice Mission — a human rights organization that fights slavery, sex trafficking and other violence against the poor—Amy built and led the first cohesive brand, marketing and PR function; contributing to breakthrough revenue and constituent growth, and the largest ever corporate grant to fight slavery. As Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Vice President for World Relief, she positioned the organization for triple-digit growth in private revenue.

A cause-minded philanthropist, Amy now advises select corporate and nonprofit clients who are in the business of “doing good” in the world. Her expertise has been leveraged to build award-winning brands, establish strategic growth plans, define product and go-to-market strategy, build Marketing/PR centers of excellence, establish high profile partnerships, bring four books to market, create a major motion picture and more. She is a writer, and also serves as advisor and publicist for select, high-profile change agents.
