The terms Family Man, Business Man, Author, and Community Leader – all describe Gray Somerville, without fully capturing the essence of the man. His greatest talents are in the areas of new business ideation, strategic planning, leadership, management, sales, and marketing. Serving  business owners, intrapreneurs, and entrepreneurs by helping them to discover and develop successful new business models is Gray’s passion, vocation, and sport.

Gray’s past and current accomplishments are testimony to his deep seated desire to share his experience with up and coming business owners.  Gray has co-founded and led three successful startups – Telogical Systems, LaunchPath Innovation, and the not-for-profit “Entrepreneur Boot Camp” based on his book 365 Days to Launch – a step-by-step guide to creating new businesses.

Gray acknowledges that “Entrepreneurship changed my life, …When I launched Telogical at 35-years-old, I was struggling to provide for my young family. … Since then, things have changed dramatically for me not only financially, but also in terms of personal empowerment. When I go to the office each morning, I am doing work that I love with people that I love in a community that I love.
